Summary
This grant provides financial assistance to amateur sports programs, with a preference for wrestling, but also in other athletic programs that are not readily available to the public to encourage young people to engage in physical activities and develop athletic skills. It provides financial support to sports organizations and programs, helping create opportunities for youth to participate in various sports, foster teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyles. Grants may support public school teams, club teams, and/or nonprofit sports programs. For-profit sports programs are not eligible to apply. Private schools may apply.
